BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV and the Maple Ridge Chrysler Partnership Giveaway Contest Rules, Regulations, and Privacy.

 

CONTEST:  The BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV  and the Maple Ridge Chrysler Partnership Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) at least 19 years of age at the time of entry. By entering this Contest the entrant represents on behalf of him/herself that the entrant has read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Official Contest Rules, Entry into this Contest constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules and Regulations.  The Contest is open from February 16th, to February 25th, 2021

HOW TO ENTER:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To enter, visit the BC Outdoors on Instagram @bcoutdoorssportfishingtv and see the contest post and follow the entry detail instructions, which requires you to: "like" both bcoutdoorssportfishingtv and mapleridgecjd Instagram pages and tag a friend to be entered into the contest. To be eligible, your entry must be submitted within the contest period and you must be able to pick up your prize from the Maple Ridge Chrysler Dealership in Maple Ridge, BC. Multiple entries are encouraged and each tag in another entry. Entrants may also share the post of their stories for an additional entry.

PRIZE: The following prizes are available to be won: BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV hat (L-XL) and 2 triple layer masks, 1 RAM CAMO print hoodie, RAM gym bag, RAM day cooler bag , a RAM travel mug, and also a Play Station 5.  BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV reserves the right to make substitutions of prize elements in their sole discretion. Some additional restrictions may apply.  BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV, at their discretion, reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a prize or prize component cannot be awarded as described for any reason. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1400.00.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada (except Quebec) at least 19 years of age at the time of entry. The Contest is not open to employees and representatives or family members of BC Outdoors, or their respective agents/affiliates.

SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A random draw will be held on or around February 25th, 2021 to select the winner. The chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Selected entrants will be contacted by either email or phone. At least 2 attempts by telephone during the next five business days will be made to contact the entrant. If an entrant cannot be contacted by telephone then BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and to select another entrant to receive the prize in its sole and absolute discretion. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except at the sole and absolute discretion of BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV. Prizes are non-transferable. BCOSF TV reserves the right to feature submissions at its discretion, along with the submitting person’s first and last name, on BCOSF Social Media and www.bcosf.ca.  All selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question before the prize is awarded.  All selected entrants, before being declared winners, must sign a waiver and release agreement confirming compliance with these rules and acceptance of the prize as offered, allowing BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV to use the winner’s name and likeness in their advertising, and releasing those parties from any and all liability relating to the Contest and any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: BCOSF TV reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest at any time without prior notice if it considers that any factor may potentially interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.  BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV and their respective agents are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by BCOSF TV on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials in this promotion. BCOSF TV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV or their respective agents corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest.  Any attempt to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, BC Outdoors Sport Fishing TV reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The Contest sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever arising from or in any way related to this Contest or the acceptance or use of the prizes awarded or for tampering, theft, defects, viruses, human errors including gross negligence, deletions, technical or telephone problems, undeliverable messages, computer errors, lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries or for any online difficulties that may result in damage or malfunction the computer or the failure of the Contest sponsors to process any entry and otherwise award any prize.
